Organized by the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Maharashtra, this second edition, in collaboration with top builders and developers, stood true to its promise as a spectacular showcase for real estate enthusiasts and homebuyers. The grand inauguration, graced by esteemed actors Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, alongside Atul Save and Sandeep Runwal, set the stage for a remarkable exposition of Maharashtra’s real estate landscape.

Among the standout participants, Atharv Lifestyle, a distinguished builder in Vile Parle, Mumbai, not only secured the “People’s choice” award from NAREDCO for the second consecutive year but also received multiple accolades, showcasing its excellence in the real estate industry. Atharv Lifestyle’s innovative spirit took center stage with an on-site advertisement shoot featuring renowned actor Sachin Khedekar, adding a unique and glamorous touch to their showcase. The company’s stall emerged as one of the most visited, boasting high walk-in traffic and translating attention into substantial success by securing the maximum number of deals. Renowned for its aesthetic appeal, informative displays, and engaging presentations, Atharv Lifestyle’s stall was recognized as the most attention-grabbing at the expo. Eminent players in the real estate industry applauded Atharv Lifestyle, further solidifying its position among industry leaders.

Reflecting on the success of the expo, pride welled up in Atit Shah, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Atharv Lifestyle.
