Position: Sr. Architect

Location: Vile Parle

Experience: 12 to 15 years

CTC: 14–18 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop building plans, elevations, sections and landscape, from constructers.
  • Ensure compliance with MCGM norms, building codes, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Project Architects, MEP Consultants, RCC Consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Checking plans for approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent.
  • Liaison with builders, contractors, and other agencies for project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management.
  • Design Coordination with Architecture Laisoning, Architecture Designers.
  • Issue drawings on site after checking the drawings received from consultants.
  • Understand requirements of directors, project head, sales team, society members and convey to consultants.
  • Check MCGM plan before submission and suggest changes to reduce premium costs.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare specification of finishing items.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in architectural design and project coordination
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MCGM norms, building codes, and regulations
  • Coordination: Experience working with Project Architects, MEP, and RCC Consultants
  • Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with liaisoning architects or builder's office

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager - Projects to lead and manage project teams, oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities / Qualifications

  • Project Planning:
    • Develop project plans, resource allocation, and schedules
    • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
    • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution
  • Project Execution:
