Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Pre Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, following up on leads, and converting them into potential clients.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our ongoing real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline for conversion.
- Schedule site visits for prospective home buyers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (Knowledge of Marathi/Gujarati is a plus).
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
